Wolfsburg | VRS – Virtual Reality Services

Our services

In 2018, InPro electric VRS – Virtual Reality Services – was created at the Wolfsburg site by combining expertise in the areas of robot offline programming (OLP) and virtual commissioning (VIBN).
VRS acts as a link between the design department and the project teams. VRS prepares engineering data, then simulates, tests and packages the data for simple and fast further processing on the construction sites.
In addition, VRS supports all project trades with expertise, experience and passion.  VRS convinces as a provider of ideas and innovations, develops tools, concepts and strategies for specifically optimised project processes.
Certified according to TISAX and ISO 27001, VRS provides a secure environment for processing classified information such as plant and component data.
In addition to providing services for internal and external customers, VRS is increasingly involved in the promotion of young talent. Interns and students are given the opportunity to gain experience and successfully complete their studies on various objects, from small engineering models to industrial robot laboratory facilities.

Bremen

Our services

The technical office in Bremen was founded in March 1994. Since then, it has been a strong and capable partner for our customers in all relevant production areas such as body-in-white assembly lines and surface technology. The service portfolio additionally includes the conveying and assembly technology sector, which is also realized for suppliers.

Most projects were initially realized in Bremen and the surrounding area, but the focus has since expanded toward project completion in body-in-white assembly lines on national and international levels. The changing composition of our staff in recent years in favor of engineering activities also reflects this.

Glauchau

Our services

The technical office in Glauchau was founded in October 1999 and has since evolved into a strong and capable partner in all relevant production areas such as body-in-white assembly lines, paint shop, final assembly as well as engine and transmission assembly. The Glauchau technical office also takes care of custom machine construction.

The focus is on project execution of body-in-white assembly lines and assembly technology. The Glauchau technical offices offers complete solutions according to customer specifications as well as individual partial solutions in the following functions:

  • hardware design
  • software development
  • visualization
  • electrical installation and assembly
  • switch cabinet supply
  • commissioning (virtual and on-site)
  • robot programming (online/offline)
  • construction and project management
  • plant optimization, training and miscellaneous services

In addition, the Glauchau technical office is especially dedicated to the promotion of young talent. So, graduates from a dual study course at the Glauchau vocational academy, for example, have a practical partner for the technical information course at their side. At the same time, it also provides joint training with the Volkswagen Education Institute to become an “electronics engineer for automation technology”.
